Panelists are Edward Hayes, the Honorary Consul of Ukraine in New Orleans, and Samuel Ramer, PhD, Professor of History at Tulane University. Alla Rosca, PhD, Professor of History at the University of New Orleans, will moderate. This event is free of charge and is open to the public. The World Affairs Council of New Orleans, a nonprofit, nonpartisan educational organization dedicated to presenting diverse views on a variety of international topics, was founded in 1944. WACNO offers its members and their guests monthly programs and activities featuring prominent speakers from both the U.S. and abroad.
