Library: River Ridge LibraryBeneath the Weight is a free program that was developed by a psychologist and a nutritionist. The program approaches weight-management from the perspective of what is happening in is one’s mind when overeating. The program is a people-to-people program with participants supporting and helping each other. No products or services are used—just your mind, which is the key to weight-management. In Part 1, participants use group discussion to become more self-aware of what is happening in their minds related to eating, and to identify resources within oneself for natural weight management.
