Library: River Ridge LibraryBeneath the Weight is a free program that was developed by a psychologist and a nutritionist. The program approaches weight-management from the perspective of what is happening in one’s mind when overeating. The program is a people-to-people program with participants supporting and helping each other. No products or services are used—just your mind, which is the key to weight-management. In Part 3, participants, with the assistance of experts in their fields, help each other with ways to achieve healthy weight management using the resources developed in Parts 1 and 2. The areas of focus are overcoming sugar cravings, practical nutrition, physical conditioning at home doing everyday activities, and getting instant support during your journey.
