This event is free of charge and is open to the public. There is no registration. This is not a sales meeting. During this presentation, the following will be discussed. Discussion of the Funeral Rule of 1984 and how it protects consumers. Costs associated with funerals. Pros and cons of final expense life insurance. Costs: the cemetery plot; grave opening and closing fees; obituary fees; grave markers, monuments and headstones; urns; shipping remains for burial elsewhere. Participants will leave with various checklists that are designed to guide one through the process of paying for a funeral service.
