Gwen Kelley, a librarian who specializes in genealogy and local history, will lead a series of 13 seminars this summer at the East Bank Regional Library, 4747 W. Napoleon, Metairie.

Each session begins at 1:30 p.m., beginning on Wednesday, Jan. 31, and will conclude on Wednesday, April 25. Each event is free of charge and is open to the public. There is no registration.
