Description:
 This is hula hooping for grown ups! In this beginner level six week class, students will learn to keep the hoop spinning around their waist and learn other ways to move the hoop using their hands. Hooping builds core strength, and improves flexibility and balance. And, it's superfun! All of the classes will be beginner friendly. Students are welcome to attend any or all of the classes.

Maybe you haven't had success with hooping around your waist in the past?
It's not you! It's the hoop! Hooping is easy when you have the right size hoop!
Specialty handmade hoops that are BIGGER and EASIER to use will be provided.

Jennette Ginsburg has over fifteen years experience teaching hooping. Her patient energy and helpful pointers ensure that everyone has fun and feels successful!

Subsequent workshops will build on your skills and will be held on Thursday 6/20, 6/27, 7/11, 7/18 and 7/25. Registration required.
