Weekly classes will help you improve your business acumen, leverage resources, acquire technical assistance, and connect with subject matter experts and business mentors that have successfully started their own businesses. This course focuses on empowering entrepreneurs from start to finish. Learn how to create a viable business plan Understand the benefits of a SWOT Analysis and Feasibility Study Learn all about Marketing Traditional & Social Media Understand Business Financials Learn about gaining access to credit & capital, including SBA programs Develop speaking and networking skills. Participants must attend seven out of the eight of the session in order to receive a certificate of achievement.
