Come celebrate Halloween with food, friends, and fun, and spend an evening in the library! Teens ages 13-17 in grades 7-12 are invited to join us for our first after-hours Teen Halloween Party at East Bank Regional Library. Join us for a costume contest, Halloween games, campfire stories, pumpkin decorating, and more non-traditional library activities. Snacks will be served. This event is free, but registration and permission slips are required. Open to Teens ages 13-17 in grades 7-12 only.
