English as a second or foreign language is a language education program for people learning English. The New Neighbor Project is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization that provides support to immigrants through donation based ESL classes and citizenship classes, as well as citizenship application assistance and scholarship opportunities to help provide a pathway to citizenship.
